Allie Palmer-Stiffler is an experienced Learning and Development Manager specializing in consulting and industry learning at Baker Tilly US. Previously, Allie held roles as a Senior Learning Strategist and Learner Experience Designer at TEKsystems. Prior experience also includes working as an Instructional System Designer at Aerotek and as a teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools. Allie holds a degree in Instructional Design with a focus on Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual and Performing Arts from Goucher College.
