Marvin Ganaway III is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project management, engineering, and design. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Baker Roofing Company since June 2021, Marvin oversees all phases of the construction lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations and permits. Previous roles include Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Field Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from technical documentation and project coordination to on-site supervision and safety implementation. Prior experience includes working as a Truss Designer at Tennessee Building Components, Inc. and as an Engineer Tech at Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc.
