Guido Peano is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the gas turbine and compressor industries. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Leader at Baker Hughes since January 2020, Guido heads the Compressors and Expanders Engineering Department in the Industrial & Energy Technology sector. Previously, Guido held senior engineering management positions at Baker & Hughes, a GE Company, and GE Oil & Gas, where responsibilities included overseeing mechanical design engineering departments. In earlier roles, Guido was a Product Development Leader at Avio SpA and has held various managerial positions, including Combustion Design and Productivity Engineering Manager. Guido holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
