Michael Bastian has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael started their career in 2012 as a Store Manager at Fashion Cleaners, where they excelled in managing store operations, training employees, and providing excellent customer service. In 2015, they joined ComPointe Corporation as a Software Developer, working with SQL databases and web development for charity websites and non-profit organizations. During this time, they also worked at Ball State University Technology Center as a Unified Technology Service representative, providing technology support to students and collaborating with the hardware repair team. In 2020, Michael returned to ComPointe Corporation as a Software Developer, focusing on SQL stored procedures, MVC patterns, and ensuring a uniform look for web applications using Master Pages and CSS. In 2023, they joined Baker Hill as a Software Developer.

Michael Bastian attended Carmel High School from 2011 to 2015. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Ball State University from 2015 to 2020.
