Michael Polcyn has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering, with a current position as Manager of the Protective Structures Section at BakerRisk since March 1998. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Research Engineer at Southwest Research Institute from November 1984 to March 1998. Michael holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from Case Western Reserve University in 1984 and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same university, earned in 1982.
