Steve Underwood is a seasoned food industry professional with extensive experience in technical sales and product development within the bakery sector. Currently serving as Technical Sales Development Manager at Baker & Baker since January 2017, Steve is responsible for spearheading new product development and managing customer relationships. Prior roles include Head of New Product Development at Krispy Kreme UK and Technical Development Account Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions. Steve's career began in 1991, progressing through various positions in the bakery industry, including Artisan Baker and Bakery Manager. Educational qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Food Science from Harper Adams University and a degree in Food Management from Brooklands Technical College.
