Sergio Da Silva is an experienced sourcing professional with a robust background in procurement and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Sourcing Lead and previously as Sourcing Manager at Baker & Baker since April 2021, Sergio has developed significant expertise in sourcing strategies. Prior roles include Sourcing Manager and Specialist Procurement SC Operations at CSM Bakery Solutions from May 2016 to April 2021, and various positions at CSM Bakery Supplies Europe, including Material Controller and Purchasing Assistant, from January 2012 to May 2016. Beginning a career at The Cookieman Ltd. as a Purchasing Assistant in November 2003, Sergio has built a comprehensive skillset in logistics and purchasing, supported by education from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
