Allan Coulthard has extensive experience in quality management and food safety across various sectors of the food industry. Currently serving as Regional Quality Manager at BakeMark since July 2020, Allan previously held positions such as Quality and Food Safety Manager at ADM, and Food Safety and Quality Regional Manager at Weston Bakeries Limited, where leadership was provided for multiple bakeries. Experience includes managing quality teams in fast-paced environments at Ardent Mills and overseeing quality and sanitation at Cargill. Allan's career began with roles such as Food Safety Program Specialist and Laboratory Assistant, coupled with educational credentials from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science.
