Thomas J. Baldwin is an experienced executive with a robust background in the restaurant industry and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Dunkin Donuts - Metro NYC / Jacksonville FL Franchisee and a member of the Board of Directors for Baked by Melissa, Baldwin has held significant roles including Chief Executive Officer and President of Benihana, and various board positions across multiple restaurant companies such as Swensons Drive-In Restaurants, Flynn Restaurant Group, and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Baldwin's extensive educational background includes an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Iona University, as well as a CPA license from New York State.
