LaBreda Howard is currently the Retail People & Culture Manager at Baked by Melissa since July 2016. With a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Hunter College, LaBreda previously worked as a Retail Manager at Lenscrafters. In their current role, LaBreda is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and develop retail employees while fostering a high-performance culture.
