Luxman Negi has over 17 years of experience in the finance and collections sector, currently serving as the Regional Manager for collections in the Auto Finance Vertical at Bajaj Auto Ltd since May 2010, managing portfolios related to two-wheelers and commercial vehicles in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Prior to this role, Luxman held the position of Area Manager Collection, focusing on the two-wheeler portfolio at Bajaj Auto. Earlier career experience includes roles at Family Credit Ltd as Branch Collection Manager overseeing various vehicle portfolios, Centurion Bank of Punjab as Deputy Manager Collection, and Ing Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) as Assistant Manager Collection, where responsibilities encompassed personal loans, commercial vehicles, auto, and home loan portfolios in Delhi NCR, Lucknow, and parts of Punjab. Luxman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University, obtained in 2006.
