Yuri Bett is an R&D Tech Lead at BairesDev since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading engineering squads for new initiatives and contributing to R&D efforts that enhance company revenue through innovative product development. Previously, Yuri has held various roles, including Senior R&D Engineer, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on building scalable React applications in the travel industry, mentoring new developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes being a Senior Software Engineer at Dynamix Software Ltda, where contributions were made to healthcare applications, along with freelance web development and earlier roles in Java development and web-based ERP systems. Yuri holds a post-degree in Technologies for Web Applications from FURB and a degree in Web Development from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, alongside a Diploma of Ministry in Leadership from Hillsong International Leadership College.
