Currently, Mariana serves as the HR Advisor and PeopleX Partner Lead, along with advisory roles at CONVERGE METAVERSE and R2U Augmented Reality. As the founder of EuMindful, Mariana emphasizes mindfulness and well-being in organizational settings. Previous positions include Head of People and Culture at Avanti E-commerce and Senior Human Resources Project Manager at Sinergia Gestão de Pessoas. With degrees including a Bachelor's in Psychology and an MBA in Project Management, Mariana is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Psychology at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
