Humberto Demolinari is an experienced professional in project and delivery management, currently serving as Chief of Staff for the Delivery Team at BairesDev since January 2020. In this role, Humberto collaborates with various teams, including People Experience, Client Services, and Data Analytics, to enhance retention strategies. Previously, Humberto held positions as a Service Manager and Project Manager, fostering productive environments within project teams. Before BairesDev, Humberto worked at Grupo ICTS as a Hardware Engineering Manager, implementing project management methodologies and engaging with suppliers for supply chain negotiations. Further experience includes roles as a Technical-Scientific Council Member and Engineering Analyst at Grupo ICTS, and an Engineering Intern at Engevix. Humberto holds a mechanical engineering degree from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a specialization in Mechatronics from De Montfort University.
