Cesar Arrocha is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Governance Lead at BairesDev since April 2021, Cesar oversees the performance and management of the Operations team, designs compliance processes, and enhances company KPIs. Previously, Cesar held roles including PMO Lead and PMO Analyst at BairesDev, focusing on operational excellence and process improvements. Prior experience includes positions at Caterpillar Inc., where Cesar was responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and HR operational excellence, and roles at NCO Group as a Quality Analyst and Customer Service Representative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, along with ongoing education at Coderhouse.
