Paul Dehel has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paul worked as the Director of Operations at Bainbridge Health starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Vitara Biomedical from 2019 to 2023. Paul gained experience in project management and business development at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they worked as a Venture & Innovation Manager and Project Coordinator from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiting Associate at Techstars in 2018 and as a Program Operations Coordinator at DreamIt Ventures from 2014 to 2015. Paul also held positions as a Classroom Engagement Manager at Yellowdig in 2014 and as a Business Development Associate at ChargeItSpot from 2013 to 2014.

Paul Dehel completed their high school education at Roman Catholic HS from 2007 to 2011, earning a HS Diploma. Paul then pursued higher education at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2011 to 2015, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Dehel obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2020.
