Tolulope Thomas-Ailara is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tolulope gained experience as a Student Researcher in The Building Knowledge Lab at Vanderbilt University from July 2019 to January 2022. In the summer of 2019, Tolulope worked as a Librarian at Eskind Biomedical Library. Tolulope holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University, completed in 2022.
