Sunshine Yin is an experienced executive coach and director at Bain & Company, specializing in global employee experience and wellbeing since August 2018. In this role, Sunshine leads initiatives to foster a wellbeing-centric culture and coaches individuals to enhance their personal and professional growth. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Talent Strategy & Operations for Bain’s ADAPT digital innovation team, as well as an adjunct professor at UC Berkeley School of Law, focusing on human-centered lawyering. Sunshine has also contributed as a psychology researcher for BetterUp, a software engineer at Grammarly, and an intellectual property attorney at Farella Braun + Martel LLP. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Princeton University.
