Sharanya Nayak is a seasoned professional at Bain & Company, where Sharanya has progressed through various roles including Manager, Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant since August 2020, following a brief tenure as a Summer Associate in 2019, where a Pre-Placement Offer was received. Prior experience includes a Technical Internship at Siemens as part of the Siemens Student Program from May 2016 to July 2017, and serving as Head Of Media for MindSpark COEP, managing media and PR for Pune's largest technical festival from March 2016 to February 2017. Sharanya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from COEP Technological University (2014-2018), complemented by studies at IÉSEG School of Management in 2019.
