Prior to this, Nirmali worked as a Research Analyst at Heidrick & Struggles and as a Qualitative Research Analyst at exevo. Early career experience includes a Management Trainee role in Pre-Sales (International) at KENT RO Systems Ltd. and training at Vodafone Spacetel Ltd. Nirmali holds a PGDM in Marketing and HR from New Delhi Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from B. Borooah College, Gauhati University.
