Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with significant experience in various roles spanning from nutrition to business management. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this venture, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
