Kuba Tymula is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Partner at Bain & Company since June 2021, Kuba previously held the role of Associate Partner at the same firm. Prior to this, Kuba was a Founding Partner at Harris Partners from May 2015 to June 2021, following the founding of Data@Ogilvy Australia/New Zealand, which was re-branded to Harris Partners after a management buyout in May 2015. Kuba's career also includes experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from June 2007 to April 2014 and as Co-Founder and CEO of Estelligence, sold to Vertigo Investment in July 2016. Additionally, Kuba worked at UniCredit as a Manager in the New Europe Division and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Kuba’s educational background includes an MA (Hons, Cantab) in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA in Finance, Business & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
