Kayla Chang is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Americorps Member with City Year, where Kayla coached ninth-grade students and received the CYLR Leadership Award. As the Founding Director at Lumos Debate, Kayla directed education roles and developed curriculum across multiple locations. Additional experience encompasses coaching public forum debate at The Nueva School, leading UC Berkeley Phoenix Consulting Group in various executive roles, and internships in operations and consulting. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
