Kasia Mrowca is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in IT and business analysis. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Bain & Company, Kasia previously held prominent roles such as Head of Product at Titanbay and Head of Product Manager at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. With extensive experience at recognized companies including Burberry and Sabre Inc., Kasia has a proven track record in developing big data platforms and managing product development cycles using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. An accomplished conference speaker and founder of Mrowca LTD, Kasia also boasts a PhD in Economics and a strong academic foundation in statistics and computer science from Krakow University of Economics.
