Kali Hough is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company since January 2023, following a role as the President and Director of Sustainability at FashionX, which focuses on innovation and sustainability in the fashion industry. Previous experience includes a Brand Partnerships Internship at Reflaunt, a Student Analyst position at XRC Labs, and a Circularity Intern role at the Apparel Impact Institute, where Kali contributed to assessments of the circular economy. Additional internships in marketing and research with companies including MZ Wallace and the Stanford Political Science Lab further enhance Kali's expertise. Kali holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Studies from Stanford University and an IB Diploma from The Brooklyn Latin School, with additional studies at the University of Oxford in Economics.
