Esha Khanna is an incoming Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, beginning in June 2023. Esha has extensive experience in consulting, currently serving as Project Manager and previously as Project Advisor at MECC Consulting Group. Esha held the role of Vice President of Communications and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair at Phi Beta Lambda at the University of Michigan. Additional experience includes Management Consulting Intern at CGS Advisors, LLC and various leadership positions at Michigan Private Equity & Venture Capital and Business BootCamp at the University of Michigan. Esha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategy and Management from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, as well as studies at The University of Edinburgh and Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya.
