Dr. Johanna Luitjens is a consultant at Bain & Company since October 2023, with a diverse background in medical consulting and academic research. Previously, Dr. Luitjens served as a medical consultant at Smart Reporting GmbH from June 2019 to July 2024 and held the position of postdoctoral scholar at the University of California, San Francisco from February 2022 to September 2023. Additionally, Dr. Luitjens completed a radiology residency at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from May 2020 to August 2023 and participated in a clinical elective at Schulthess Klinik in late 2018. Dr. Luitjens also gained experience as a visiting associate at Boston Consulting Group in 2017. Academic qualifications include a promotion in medicine and a Staatsexamen in human medicine from Justus Liebig University Giessen, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2019.
