Courtney Lelinho serves as Vice President of Digital Workplace Technology at Bain & Company, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Courtney held the role of Director of Business Technology at HubSpot from September 2021 to November 2022 and spent nearly a decade at Bain & Company in various product management and IT management roles. Courtney's extensive experience includes leading major technology transformations and fostering innovation through technology initiatives, such as the transition to Microsoft 365 and the development of collaboration technologies. Earlier career roles included positions in help desk supervision and support, ensuring efficient IT operations for end users. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from Gordon College and has furthered education in Digital Transformation.
