Cindy Tang is a skilled associate consultant at Bain & Company, where tenure began in August 2022, following a position as a human resources consultant at CAS from June 2020 to August 2022. Cindy has a background in organizational effectiveness, having previously interned in this area at CAS in the summer of 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a resident assistant at UC Berkeley from August 2021 to May 2022, as well as a summer internship as an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company in 2021. Cindy played a vital role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion as the internal lead for the Haas Business School Association during the academic year 2020-2021. Leadership experience includes serving as president of The Berkeley Forum from September 2018 to December 2020, after holding previous vice president positions. Cindy’s educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Human Rights from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as graduating summa cum laude from Upper Arlington High School.
