Bianca Barros is a consultant at Bain & Company, having progressed through roles from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant since March 2022. Currently engaged as a Business Innovation Consultant at the World Food Programme, Bianca is involved in a Bain Externship at the Business Innovation Unit. Additionally, Bianca serves as a UIGuide and Fellow for the University Innovation Fellows program, appointed by Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design. Prior experience includes a Financial Analyst position at Australian Venture Consultants and leadership in the AWS University Scouts Program at Amazon Web Services. Bianca also contributed as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Menlo College, focusing on blockchain's role in business model innovation. Educational qualifications include Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Business Analytics from Menlo College and recognition as a University Innovation Fellow from Stanford University in Design Thinking.
