Rayleen Hu is a Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rayleen served as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group from September 2020 to July 2022, having previously worked as a Summer Associate there in 2019. Additional experience includes volunteering as a GROW Volunteer with GlobeMed and interning as a Cancer Research Intern at the National Institutes of Health. In 2017, Rayleen was a Leach Chemistry Research Scholar at Princeton University. Rayleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University, completed in 2020, and graduated as valedictorian with an IB Diploma from West Morris Mendham High School in 2016.
