Jeff Gibby has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Capital Refrigeration Co, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Transportation Logistics Management Superintendent at Logistics. Jeff then joined Logistics Readiness in 2013 as an Equipment Management Specialist, a role they held until 2019. In 2014, Jeff became the Human Resources Manager at Civil Engineering, where they stayed until 2019. Jeff then moved on to Bailey Harris Construction as an APM in 2019 and eventually worked their way up to Corporate Safety Director before becoming the Director of Safety and Human Capital in September 2022.
Jeff Gibby earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from American Military University from 2017 to 2019. Jeff also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force. Additionally, Jeff obtained another Associate of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution. Jeff has also pursued various certifications including OSHA 510 from Georgia Institute of Technology in October 2022, Certified PDP Professional from PDP Global in September 2022, Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) from Alliance Safety Council in April 2021, OSHA 30-Hour Construction_A from ClickSafety in April 2021, Procore Project Manager- Core Tools from Procore Technologies in June 2019, and Procore- Project Manager Certification- Project Management from Procore Technologies in June 2019.
