Shravan Cunchala is an experienced Business and Change Analyst and Consultant with a strong background in information technology and business process improvement. Currently working with Bailey Abbott at the City of Holdfast Bay, Shravan leads initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency. Previous roles include serving as a Business Analyst for the Department for Trade and Investment and SA Water, where responsibility included client needs elicitation and supporting energy system upgrades.
