Larissa Chaikowsky is currently the Director-at-Large at BAI. Prior to that, they were with BMO Financial Group and Deloitte Consulting.
Larissa started their career at Deloitte Consulting in 1999 as a Senior Consultant in Management Solutions. In 2004, they transitioned to Manager - Human Capital Consulting, where they worked until 2007.
In 2007, Larissa left Deloitte Consulting to join BMO Financial Group. Larissa spent 10 years with BMO Financial Group before joining BAI in 2017.
