Jeff Thorpe has a diversified work experience in the IT industry, spanning multiple roles and companies. Jeff started their career at Southland Title as a Senior Systems Analyst, managing systems and network implementations and upgrading existing infrastructure. Jeff then moved on to Epoch Internet as a Senior NT Engineer, where they architected and supported a new Windows web product. At InternetConnect, they worked as an NT Engineer, responsible for maintaining and upgrading the server infrastructure and conducting system integration assessments. Jeff was hired by ClearPath Networks as a Systems Engineer, where they built the Windows infrastructure for the company and provided technical support to customers. Jeff then joined West Medical Management as the Senior Systems Engineer and Manager of the IT Department, initially starting as a full-time consultant and later being hired full-time. In this role, they introduced new technologies and managed the IT department. Currently, they are working at Bel Air Internet as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Jeff Thorpe graduated with a high school diploma from La Puente High School in 1990. Jeff then attended Mt. San Antonio College from 1991 to 1993 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Jeff obtained several Citrix certifications in August and July of 2013. These certifications include Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator XenApp 6 (CCAA), Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE), Citrix Certified Admin for Citrix XenApp 6 (CCA), Citrix Certified Admin for Citrix XenDesktop 5, and Citrix Certified Admin for Citrix XenServer 6. Jeff also obtained the VMware Certified Professional on vSphere 5.1 (VCP5-DCV) certification in June 2013.
