Anand Babu IAB is an experienced engineer specializing in HVAC and Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a BIM MEP Coordinate Engineer at F&M Middle East Engineering Consultancy since August 2023, Anand has previously held the position of HVAC Engineer at Bahwan Engineering Co LLC from October 2011 to the present and contributed as an HVAC Modeler at CLOVE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from January 2011 to October 2011. Anand completed education at St. Ann's Engineering College in Mechanical Engineering and attended ZPH High School from 2001 to 2002.
