Michelle D'Silva is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Bahrain Financing Company since July 2014, Michelle has also held positions as Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Rotana Media Group and BNP Paribas as a Regional Manager in Compensation and Benefits. Earlier experience includes roles at FXCM as a Junior FX & Commodity Trader and at Citi as a Client Relationship Associate. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources and Finance from Mahatma Gandhi University. In addition, Michelle holds professional qualifications as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD) and as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
