Dr. Ahsan Sattar Sheikh is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in the field of molecular biology and microbiology. Since December 2020, Dr. Sheikh has served as an Associate Professor and Director at The University of Lahore, while also holding the position of Assistant Professor at Bahauddin Zakariya University in Multan since September 2007. Previously, Dr. Sheikh worked as an Assistant Professor at IMBB, University of Lahore, from February 2003 to June 2007. Dr. Sheikh earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from The University of Lahore between 2008 and 2013 and obtained a Master of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Ottawa from 1986 to 1990.
