Parker Brissette is the owner of Jane Dough, a San Antonio-based cakery established in September 2019, specializing in bespoke cake design and specialty cookies for various occasions. Alongside culinary endeavors, Parker has served as a Simulated Sno Technician at Bahama Buck's Franchise Corporation since February 2016 and completed a Human Resources internship at TAGPAY Limited in late 2017. Previous experience includes a role as Cabin Counselor and Crew Leader at Lonehollow from May 2015 to August 2016. Parker holds an education from the International Culinary Center in 2019 and a degree from Texas A&M University, completed in 2017.
