Sam Rubenstein serves as the President of Panacea Capital Advisors, Inc. since September 2011, providing venture financing and strategic advisory services to early stage and middle market companies in the US. Additionally, Rubenstein is an investor and member of the boards of ClaimsComp, Inc. and Baeble Music, contributing to asset recovery and entertainment sectors, respectively. Previous leadership positions include chair of the board at Milestone Sports and membership on the board of Geostellar, focusing on wearable technology and solar energy solutions. Prior legal experience includes serving as General Counsel and EVP at MCG Capital Corporation and partner roles at Bryan Cave LLP and Pepper Hamilton & Scheetz. Rubenstein earned a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
