Lindsay Rogers possesses over 26 years of coaching experience, currently serving as a Badminton Coach and Tutor for Badminton England in the North West Region, specializing in the development of young athletes in secondary schools and delivering courses. Previous experience includes a role as a PE Teacher at Birkenhead Park High School and as a Personal Adviser for the Greater Merseyside Connexions Partnership, where Lindsay supported NEET young people in achieving their educational and vocational goals. Earlier career roles involved PE teaching and sports lecturing across multiple schools and colleges, focusing on sports and fitness training. Lindsay holds a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Exercise from Teesside University.
