Bless Adotey, PhD, CAP, PE has a diverse work experience that spans across academia and industry. Bless started as an Instructor/Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky in 2004, then moved on to roles such as Adjunct Faculty at Mid-Continent University and Indiana Wesleyan University's Adult Program. In 2014, they worked as an Advanced Analytics Analyst at J.R. Simplot Company before joining Humana in 2015. At Humana, they held positions as a Consultant, Provider Network Informatics, and later as Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer. Most recently, they have been serving as the Principal Data Scientist at Badger Technologies since 2019.

Bless Adotey, PhD, CAP, PE completed a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. Bless then went on to earn a Master of Science in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering at the University of Kentucky, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Biosystems Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Bless Adotey holds various certifications in data science and analytics.
