Matt Hylen has extensive experience in public administration and management, currently serving as Territory Manager at Schaeffer Mfg. Company since April 2016 and as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Badger State Ethanol, LLC since August 2018. Prior to these roles, Matt Hylen owned Public Sector Professionals, a consulting firm, between January 2015 and September 2019, focusing on project management and permitting for public and private sectors. Previous positions include City Administrator for the City of St. Francis, the City of Luverne, and the City of Hector, as well as County Coordinator for Redwood County. Matt Hylen holds a Master of Arts in Urban & Regional Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Political Science from Concordia College.
