Xia Liu, CFA, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WEC Energy Group since June 2020, and as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Badger Meter since August 2022. Previously, Xia Liu held the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CenterPoint Energy (2019-2020) and Georgia Power Company (2017-2019), leading diverse financial operations and strategies in each organization. Additional experience includes tenure as Vice President, CFO and Treasurer at Gulf Power Company (2015-2017), Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Southern Company (2010-2015), and various financial roles at Southern Company and Alabama Power Company from 1998 to 2010. Xia Liu holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, alongside multiple degrees in Finance and Banking from Renmin University of China.
