Amparo Pimienta has extensive experience in supply chain and materials management, with a career spanning several notable companies. Currently serving in supply management at Ventana Medical Systems since January 2019, Amparo has previously held significant roles including Planning & Materials Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation and Materials Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Amparo's expertise includes production planning, procurement, inventory management, and compliance with safety procedures such as C-TPAT and ISO standards. Throughout a career that began in 1983 with General Instrument de Mexico, Amparo has consistently focused on training and development of personnel, cost reduction initiatives, and optimizing supply chain processes. Amparo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
