Carlos Rodriguez is a Territory Manager for the LATAM & Caribbean Region at Bacula Systems since June 2022, specializing in customer support and GTM strategy for direct and channel sales. Previously, Carlos served as an Account Manager for the LATAM Region at Paessler AG from April 2019 to June 2022, focusing on growth in both channel and direct sales, and earlier held roles in customer service management within the Americas Region. Carlos’s career also includes experience at Honeywell, where responsibilities spanned order validation and management for a significant customer portfolio. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de México and is pursuing a Diploma of Education in Customer Service Management from Arizona State University.
