Max Balley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and client management. Currently serving as Activation Manager at BacklotCars since February 2021, Max previously held positions at TradeRev as an Inside Sales Representative and at Monster as a Major Accounts Executive and Small Business Account Manager. In these roles, Max focused on connecting clients with qualified candidates and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Earlier in the career, Max worked at Menards in a hardware and garden center role, as well as held various positions at Meijer and Target, building customer service skills.
