Courtney Loechl has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Courtney started their career as the General Manager at Pacific Tradewinds Hostel, LLC, where they managed all aspects of hostel operations and significantly increased occupancy rates. After four years, they moved on to become the Managing Editor at HostelManagement.com, where they created content, attended industry conferences, interviewed key players, and provided consultancy services to hostel owners globally. Following this, Courtney founded Courtney Loechl Coaching, where they worked as a strategic consultant and coach for startup founders, CXOs, and other leaders, helping them navigate growth and operational challenges. During this time, they coached over 50 clients and helped them achieve their goals. Later on, they joined Kabloom Team Building as an Account Executive and Project Manager, consistently exceeding sales targets, booking meetings, and managing virtual and hybrid events. Currently, Courtney is a Customer Success Manager at BackerKit.

Courtney Loechl pursued their undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Communication, General. In 2007, they also briefly attended Stellenbosch University, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period. In terms of additional certifications, Courtney obtained a certification titled "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
