Brandon Thomas has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Brandon started as a Junior Sales Associate at Acura of Woodbridge in 2007, followed by Enlisted/Reserves and Air Transportation Journeyman in the United States Air Force from 2009-2015. During this time, they also held roles as a Booster Club President and Honor Guard with the U.S. Air Force Booster Club and US Air Force Honor Guard, respectively. In 2012, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Polkadotties Cookies. From 2015-2017, they were an Account Manager at Womply and a Customer Engagement Lead and Customer Engagement Specialist at SpotOn, Inc. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at BackerKit, helping thousands of crowdfunding creators all over the world.

Brandon Thomas attended Brooke Point High School from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their Diploma. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer from the NESTA Certification Department. The following year, they obtained a CPR AED from Safety Training Seminars. From 2014 to 2017, they attended City College of San Francisco, where they earned a degree in Business and Marketing with a focus in Mathematics and Business.
