Allen Atwell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Allen began their career at Hilton New York in 2007 as a Leader in Training and later transitioned to the role of Housekeeping Manager. In 2008, they moved to New York Hilton Midtown as Food & Beverage Outlets Manager and then became a Food & Beverage Manager / Banquets. In 2011, they joined Hudson Hotel / Morgans Hotel Group, where they held various positions including Assistant Director of Banquets, Director of Banquets, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Food and Beverage. Since 2016, they have been actively working at Backal Hospitality Group, initially as Director of Operations and later promoted to VP of Operations and Strategy. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer.
Allen Atwell attended Johnson & Wales University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Allen'sareas of study included Culinary Arts, Business, Food Service Management, and Resort Management.
